Review your current commitments. Many organisations find themselves tied by service contracts. If you’re experiencing unresolved service issues your current provider could be in “breach of contract.” Legally, one party’s failure to fulfill any of its contractual obligations is known as a “breach” of the contract. Depending on the specifics, a breach can occur when consequently a provider fails to deliver on time, does not perform in accordance with the terms of the agreement, or does not perform at all.”
In some instances suppliers will happily let you switch provider if you’ve become to much of a pain to handle. It’s worth reviewing.
